Courtesy of Baekdal, their article: Where is Everyone? concisely illustrates people’s transition of media channels over the last century (and the more dramatic changes over the past 10 years!)
I’m incredulously amazed by the speed at which media has changed and the impact that online has re-molded the landscape over the past 10 years! 20 years ago, it was blasphemy to say TV will wither by 2010, will the same happen to digital age?
Check it out, this presentation actually makes learning…dare i say it…FUN!
1960s - When William Randolph Hearst was brimming from ear to ear and family dinners infront of the TV was to become a national past time

1990s - When i came rushing back home to catch the last 10 minutes of Mighty Morphing Power Rangers and bedazzled by Hasbro ads for Tonka trucks!

1998 - Me and my 56k modem

2007 - I spent more time on social networks than actually having a life to discuss that life on social networks…Go figure

2020 - You’ll see TVs in museums, in the exhibition hall next to the radio, the newspaper & the magazine
